Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
If you are not delighted with your purchase, you are able to return it for a full refund within 14 days of your order delivery. To start a return please send us an email to gottexstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide you a return label. Once the label has been created and sent to you, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund.
Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
When we receive the return shipment will send you a confirmation email, the value of the merchandise will be refunded to your credit card.
EXCHANGES
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return by sending us an email to gottexstudio@gmail.com, and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
